Sunday Integration Group (Sundays, 6:00 PM PST):
A weekly group discussion focused on integrating insights, sharing progress, and staying accountable.
Daily Journal Prompts:
Thoughtful prompts to deepen reflection and support personal growth.
Access to the Rise & Thrive Community (via Circle):
Connect with others in a private online space for ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability.
